The Lisa A. Donahue Scholarship is given in honor of Mrs. Donahue who lost her battle with cancer eleven years ago and in recognition of her long and dedicated service to the CPA profession. She was a partner in Bowman & Company LLP at the time of her death. Over the last eleven years, Bowman & Company LLP has contributed in excess of $58,000 through the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, to provide a yearly scholarship to a college student that has majored in accounting.
Ms. Darley is a student at Rutgers University where she is majoring in accounting.
At Bowman & Company LLP, we believe strongly in the value of giving back to the community that has treated us so well over the last 79 years. We are proud to support NJCPA and the Southern New Jersey community, and we look forward to seeing more of our friends and neighbors at future events!
